Ops coaching is a monthly retainer. Strategy and build sprints are fixed-scope, fixed-fee.
Payment terms?
50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery for sprints. Monthly in advance for coaching. NET 14 on both.

USD by default. EUR, GBP, ISK, and SEK available on request.
